In addition to your right of withdrawal and your statutory rights, offers you the following voluntary returns policy:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with something that you have purchased at the online shop, you can return the goods within thirty (30) days of receiving the delivery providing that they are in an unused, unwashed and undamaged condition with the original labels. We will refund the full purchase price including the standard shipping costs. If you wish to exchange the goods, please return the goods and place a new order with us. The purchase price will be refunded using the same payment method with which you placed the order. If you wish to return a gift, we will refund the purchase price to the purchaser.

In order to process your returned goods quickly, please contact our customer service team before returning the goods. Simply follow the following steps:

Step One

Please get in touch with our customer service team by telephone on the toll-free number 00800 4508 4508. The team are there for you Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. All you need is your order number/customer number in order to return the goods quickly and free of charge. 

Step Two

Please complete the returns form that was sent to you with the merchandise and include it with your return.

Step Three

Our customer service team will organise the return for you. We will keep you informed about the next steps by email and we will send you a postage label for returning the goods. Simply print this out free of charge and stick it on the parcel. 

Step Four

You can choose whether you hand in the parcel at the post office, a DHL Packstation or another DHL acceptance point. 

Step Five

As soon as we have received and checked your returned goods, we will process your returned goods as quickly as possible and will refund the purchase price to you using the same payment method with which you placed the order. 

Please note that unless you use GoreApparel's free returns service as described above you must bear the postage costs for the returned goods, unless we have delivered incorrect, damaged or defective goods to you.
