In addition to your right of withdrawal and your statutory rights, GoreApparel.co.uk offers you the following voluntary returns policy:

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return all items bought from the GoreApparel.co.uk Online Shop that are unworn, unwashed and undamaged, and with the original labels attached, within thirty (30) days of receipt of the delivery. We will refund the full purchase price and pay for standard shipping costs. If you want us to replace the merchandise, please return the ordered merchandise to us and place a new order. The purchase price will be refunded using the same method of payment that was used to make the original purchase. If you return an item that was sent to you as a gift, we will issue the refund to the buyer.

In order to ensure that your return is processed quickly and efficiently, simply follow the following steps:

Step One

Log in to your account. Go to your Order History, select your order number and click on the return button. A pop-up window will appear with your order information. Please review this information carefully before confirming your return.

Step Two

You´ll receive a confirmation email with the return instructions and a pre-paid return label. Please attach the pre-paid return label to your parcel.

Step Three

Please complete the return form you´ve received with your order and make sure to include it in your parcel.

Step Four

You will then be able to drop your parcel at the Post office of your convenience.

Step Five

We will process your return as quickly as possible and refund the purchase price using the same method of payment that was used to make the original purchase as soon as we have received and inspected the returned item.

Please note that unless you use GoreApparel's free returns service as described above you must bear the postage costs for the returned goods, unless we have delivered incorrect, damaged or defective goods to you.
